Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari, on Sunday returned to Abuja, the nation’s capital from the EXPO 2020 Dubai.
According to reports, Buhari arrived at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja after a four-day official trip to Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
He was received by some top government officials, including security chiefs.
The President had jetted out of the country on Wednesday, a few hours after playing host to the South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa.
On Friday, he spoke at Nigeria Day during EXPO DUBAI 2020 where he met with prospective investors calling on all participating countries, organizations, and other private sector operators to take full advantage of opportunities and collaborate with Nigeria in diverse areas for mutual benefits.
He also stressed the need for world leaders to work together and reinforce partnerships to limit the catastrophic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.
