Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari presided over a virtual Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting at the Conference Room of the First Lady’s office, Presidential Villa, Abuja, the nation’s capital.
According to state house correspondents, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha; Chief of Staff to the President, Ibrahim Gambari; National Security Adviser, Major-General Babagana Monguno; and Permanent Secretary, State House, Umar Tijani; were physically present at the meeting.
Ministers present at the meeting included the Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami; Interior, Rauf Aregbesola; Finance, Budget, and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed; Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola; and Minister of State for Education, Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba.
The Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Folashade Yemi-Esan, and other Ministers attended virtually from their various offices in Abuja.
